I chose this style because of the shape and colors of the frame. I could not see clearly after receiving them. I contacted customer service. They were very nice about correcting the problem. I returned them. They were fixed and returned back to me. They are now perfect.

I found the process of ordering new glasses to be very smooth and easy. I received my new glasses in less than the maximum time indicated. I will be ordering more glasses for myself and also some for my husband!

I was very excited about these eyeglasses because I had been wanting a pair of vividly red frames, for as long as I could remember, and at such an inexpensive price point, it was a steal of a deal. However, once I put them on, the bifocal line was so far down the lenses that it fell just below my cheekbone, so I had to exchange them. For what it’s worth, my advice is to 1), Choose multifocal lenses, and 2), specify exact measurements, if and when it’s possible because there is no leeway for PD or lens width and or height.

I prefer lightweight frames and these definitely meet my requirement. I will order more because they are great for the price.
