Everyone has a different prescription and a Profile represents a person you shop for prescription eyewear. For example, you can use your account to order prescription eyeglasses for your spouse, kids, and friends. You can have as many profiles as you want in the same account.

On the login page, click on “Forgot Your Password?” link and follow the instructions. Please note we do not store your password in our system and there is no way for our staff to tell you your password.

Of course, you can have as many prescriptions as you want for each profile in your account, like one for distance, one for reading and one for progressive, all for the same profile (person).
