HOW TO ORDER PRESCRIPTION GLASSES

Select a frame by browsing our website. Make sure your PD is supported by that frame, then click on Order Glasses button. Enter your eyeglasses prescription; alternatively, use your previously saved prescription from your profile. Select a lenses type. Pick a lens & coating package. Add to cart and checkout from there.

If you don't have your eyeglasses prescription, you can get a printed prescription from your eye doctor. They are required by law to provide you with your eyeglasses prescription.

HOW TO ORDER READING GLASSES

If you have a progressive prescription (your eyeglasses prescription has one or two values under ADD or NV-ADD), just select “Reading Glasses” after confirming your prescription, we will convert your progressive prescription to your reading prescription when making your glasses.

If you already have a reading glasses prescription, just enter/fill the values by copying this prescription during the order process.

HOW TO ORDER NON-PRESCRIPTION (PLANO) GLASSES

Whether you are looking for Blue Blockers (blue light blocking lenses) to help you with your mobile devices or computers, or you just want a pair of sunglasses, ordering non-prescription (non-Rx) glasses can be done easily by clicking on Non-RX button on Enter/Confirm Prescription page.

HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THE ORDER

Our lab will start working on your glasses immediately after your order is submitted, and the glasses will be made specifically for your prescription, so it can’t be cancelled. Please contact our customer service team if you need to change your order.

HOW TO ORDER PRESCRIPTION SUNGLASSES

To check order status, log in to your account and go to the "your orders" tab. It will show the status of either processing/in-lab or shipping. We only have these 2 status updates. We will send a shipping confirmation email the moment your order leaves our hands and makes its way to you!
