What countries do you ship to?

Currently we are only shipping to United States and Canada.

How much is shipping and how fast?

Standard shipping (10-20 days): $5.95 (USPS first class)
Express shipping (6-9 days): $23.95
Canada Express shipping (10-20 days): $20.95

What do I do if my glasses are damaged upon arrival?

Please take photos of the damage, then contact our customer service team and we will get you a new pair asap.

What’s your return policy?

All of our glasses come with 60 days Product warranty. Product Warranty means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 60 days. A replacement pair will be issued if there are apparent defects in material or workmanship.

We have a 30-day, return or exchange policy for our eyeglasses. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a 50% (excluding shipping) refund to the original payment method, or an one-time 100% exchange code (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receipt. Please note all refunds must be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note the policy or warranty do not cover damages caused by accidents, negligence or improper care.

How to set up a return or exchange?

What do I do if I’m experiencing issues with my prescription?

Normally it does take a few days to adjust to a new prescription. But if you are having ongoing issues with your new prescription glasses, contact us at any channel (email, text, call, chat), we will help determine the issue and come up with the next step.
